All of our products are made in-house in Australia using our own tools and manufacturing equipment. The majority of our products are made on industrial-grade 3D printers.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days of payment.

If you have purchased a product that is made-to-order or has custom finishing options, we will dispatch it 2-3 days after production is complete.

Warranty against defects:

• We will provide warranty against defects as per ACL on all products for 24 months from the date of purchase, unless specified on the product listing (in the case of lifetime warranty products).

• Bundled products that include off-the-shelf components will:

  • Follow the policy in the point above for products made by Fused Integrations.

  • Followed the original manufacturers warranty policy for products not made by Fused Integrations, though we will handle the warranty process for you.

Change of mind returns:

• Should you wish to return a purchase due to change of mind, we will do so only if:

  • The product is not a customised (custom colour or font).

  • The product is undamaged / unused.

• You will need to pay for the cost of the return shipping.

International shipping is not currently available but it is being investigated.

If you wish to purchase one of our products overseas, please send us an email and we can arrange for an ad-hoc invoice.
