All of our in-house products are made in Australia using our own tools and manufacturing equipment. The majority of our products are made on industrial-grade 3D printers.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days of payment.

If you have purchased a product that is made-to-order or has custom finishing options, we will dispatch it 2-3 days after production is complete.

Warranty against defects:

• We will provide warranty against defects as per ACL on all products for 24 months from the date of purchase, unless specified on the product listing (in the case of lifetime warranty products).

• Bundled products that include off-the-shelf components will:

  • Follow the policy in the point above for products made by Fused Integrations.

  • Followed the original manufacturers warranty policy for products not made by Fused Integrations, though we will handle the warranty process for you.

• If you have a question relating to warranty or wish to raise an RMA, please reach out to us using our contact form.

Change of mind returns:

• Should you wish to return a purchase due to change of mind, we will do so only if:

  • The product is not a customised (custom colour or font).

  • The product is undamaged / unused.

• You will need to pay for the cost of the return shipping.

• If you wish to raise a return request, please reach out to us using our contact form.

All domestic parcels are covered by shipping insurance while in transit.

In the event that a parcel is lost or damaged during transit, we will work with the carrier to lodge an insurance claim and provide an appropriate resolution in line with Australian Consumer Law.

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, you must notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Supporting evidence (such as photographs of damage or packaging) may be required to process a claim.

Once a parcel has been confirmed as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate at checkout. We are not liable for parcels delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

All products sold on this website are supplied for off-road use or motorsport purposes unless otherwise stated. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any product purchased and installed complies with Australian Design Rules (ADR), state and territory road laws, and vehicle manufacturer requirements.

We make no guarantee that any product is legal for use on public roads in all states or territories of Australia.

Installation & Use

Products sold by us are intended to be installed by a qualified automotive professional unless explicitly stated otherwise. Incorrect installation, modification, or use of any product may result in vehicle damage, personal injury, or death.

We are not responsible for:

• Improper installation

• Use outside the product’s intended purpose

• Vehicle damage or electrical faults

• Loss of vehicle warranty

• Compliance or defect issues arising from installation or use

Performance Modifications

Some products (including intake adapters and audio components) may alter vehicle performance, noise levels, emissions, or electrical systems. Such modifications may:

• Void vehicle or manufacturer warranties

• Affect insurance coverage

• Require engineering certification or inspection

The customer accepts full responsibility for any consequences resulting from vehicle modifications.

Electrical & Audio Components

Electrical products (including fabricated parts) must be installed using appropriate wiring practices, fusing, and grounding.

We are not liable for damage caused by:

• Short circuits

• Electrical fires

• Incorrect grounding or power supply

• Incompatibility with vehicle systems

Third-Party & Branded Products

Some products sold are manufactured by third-party brands. All trademarks, brand names, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

We do not manufacture or modify third-party products and are not responsible for defects, recalls, or manufacturer design issues beyond the guarantees provided under Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to:

• A replacement or refund for a major failure

• Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage

These guarantees do not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, modification, or use outside intended applications.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including but not limited to:

• Loss of income

• Loss of vehicle use

• Loss of insurance coverage

• Towing or repair costs
