All of our products are made in-house in Australia using our own tools and manufacturing equipment.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days of payment.
If you have purchased a product that is made-to-order or has custom finishing options, we will dispatch it 2-3 days after production is complete.

Warranty against defects:
We will provide warranty against defects as per ACL on all products for 24 months from the date of purchase.

Change of mind returns:
Should you wish to return a purchase due to change of mind, we will do so only if:
The product is not a customised (custom colour or font).
The product is undamaged / unused.
You will need to pay for the cost of the return shipping.
